Renting a car with MRR Holidays is easy. Below are the simple steps to take: Step 1: Choose your preferred pick-up and drop-off points, date and time. Step 2: The rental rates and vehicle availability are displayed. Step 3: Select your preferred vehicle. Step 4: Fill up the required details. Step 5: Make payment and you’re done!
For the pick-up procedure, our Heroes will contact you before each delivery time to confirm your pick-up location and exact time. Upon receiving your vehicle, please check the fuel level and ensure the vehicle is in good condition. We recommend you to take photos of the vehicle from all sides before you start your journey. As for the drop-off procedure, you are required to return your vehicle at your chosen location and time. Kindly make sure the fuel tank is at the same level as during the pick up time. If there are any accidental damages, please notify our team.
Yes, we provide our car at both the Langkawi International Airport and at the Kuah Jetty Terminal. We are also deliver our cars to you base on your preferred pick-up location in Langkawi. Our team will prepare your car at our HUB and deliver to you with peace of mind.
You can purchase additional insurance directly from our website under “Liability Reduction Option (LRO)”. Purchasing insurance is optional, but we highly recommend you to do so.
No, there is no minimum car rental period.
Yes you can.
The minimum age is 18 years old with a valid driving license.
Full refund is available if you notify us within 7 days prior to the rental date. Partial refund will be made if you notify us within 3 days or 72 hours prior to the rental date. There will be no refund if you notify us lesser than 48 hours prior to the rental date.
The fuel level should be the same as pick up and upon drop off time. If there is extra fuel, no refund will be provided. If the fuel level is lower, you will be charged accordingly.
